Compensation:

    • Salary Range = $32,000 – $44,000
    • Commissions = Up to 23% of premium sold
    • Daily/Weekly/Monthly Gift Card Promotions
      • i. Top team member on pace to earn over $12,000 in gift cards in 2024
    • Annual Bonuses
      • i. Individual Performance Bonus = Up to $12,000/year
      • ii. Agency Performance Bonus = Up to 1% of Total Written & Advanced Premium

Licensed Sales Agent

Business Objective:
Communicate with members of our communities in hopes of getting them to use our agency for their insurance needs

Daily Activities:

    • Conduct outbound calls, texts, and emails within various campaigns of current & prospective customers
    • Receive inbound calls, texts, and emails from marketing/advertising campaigns of current & prospective customers
    • Navigate our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to connect with current prospective customers
    • Document any/all interactions within the (CRM) system
    • Quote & Bind new coverage for current & prospective customers
    • Onboard new customers
Training:
Our agency hosts internal training & development from leadership entities as well as third party organizations that specialize in the insurance industry

Employment Opportunity:
Full Time W2

Compensation:

    • Salary Range = $35,000 – $60,000
    • Monthly/Quarterly Bonuses = Up to $20,860/year (paid monthly and quarterly)
    • Monthly Promotions = Up to $250/month

    Licensed Customer
    Care Professional

    Business Objective:
    Retain current customers of the agency by providing exceptional customer service while identifying opportunities to add additional lines of insurance within the households as well as generating referrals for the agency.

    Daily Activities:

      • Answer inbound calls to the agency for service of existing customers
      • Reply to inbound agency emails for service of existing customers
      • Conduct outbound calls, texts, and emails for insurance reviews of existing customers
      • Identify additional opportunities to add additional lines of insurance within customer households
      • Generate referrals to the agency
      • Obtain online reviews from customers to enhance SEO

    Training:
    Our agency hosts internal training & development from leadership entities as well as third party organizations that specialize in the insurance industry

    Location:
    In Office & Remote Opportunities Available
    Employment Opportunity:
    Full Time W2

    Compensation:

      • $30 – $50 per lead generated that qualify for a serious quote opportunity.
      • Daily Bonus Opportunity = $50/day
      • Weekly Bonus Opportunity = ($100 – $500)/week

    Sales Development Representative

    Business Objective:
    Create opportunities for our Licensed Sales Agents to quote and bind new business for current and prospective customers within our communities.

    Daily Activities:

      • Make outbound calls to current and prospective customers though various campaigns to generate opportunities for our Licensed Sales Team Agents to quote and bind coverage
      • Work within our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to document activities with current and prospective customers.
      • Schedule follow up appointments for our Licensed Sales Team Agents for future contact opportunities using X-Dating technology

    Training:
    Our agency hosts internal training & development from leadership entities as well as third party organizations that specialize in the insurance industry

    Employment Opportunity:

    Compensation:

      • $25/hour
      • Event Lead Bonus Opportunities = ($0 – $1,000)/event

      Event Marketing Director

      Business Objective:
      To seek and initiate local marketing opportunities at community events to expand agency presence within the community and generate new business opportunities with current and prospective customers.

      Daily Activities:

        • Research and plan marketing opportunities at community events
        • Execute local events
        • Collect consumer data necessary to provide a serious quote opportunity using modern day technology
        • Document interactions with prospects and customers

      Training:
      Onsite mentoring at event execution

      In Office & (Local) Remote Opportunities Available

      Employment Opportunity:
      Full Time & Part Time 1099

      Compensation:

        • Commission Only = (25% – 75%) Share of Agency New Business Commissions

      Small Business Agency
      Owner Apprenticeship

      Business Objective:
      To empower an entrepreneur to become a successful agency owner through sharing and demonstrating proven successful insurance business strategies, tools, and resources.

      Daily Activities:

        • Mentor with Agency Principal

      Training:
      Direct training with Agency Principal
